Spec Sheet: For the "Patented" EZ-Level Cabinet Leveling System

Are the Front and Rear Levelers "independent" of one another? :
YES... Both the front and rear levelers have adjusting rods.

~ The Front levelers are adjusted by the "small" adjusting rod. (see top left image)

~ The Rear levelers are adjusted by the longer rod... which slips through the front leveler. (bottom image)

Slippage or Rollback:
The EZ-Levels do not use any type of gears. They are designed as a "class one lever". The cam is locked into place by the adjusting rod permanently... which means that there is no chance for roll back or slippage.

Do the "mounting screws" hold up my granite and cabinets? :
NO... The EZ-Levels were engineered to be "self-supporting" meaning the weight of the cabinet and granite would be held up by the levelers even without the screws. The only purpose for the mounting screws are to hold the levelers onto the cabinet during installation and to keep the levelers from shearing off while sliding the cabinets from side to side. That is why larger mounting screws are not needed.

Material & Finish:
The EZ-Levels are manufactured using high quality metals primarily used in tool manufacturing. Although our products have a corrosion resistant coating they are intended for indoor use just as a hammer or screwdriver.

The EZ-Levels standard finish is "silver". Specialty finishes such as gold or powder-coated finishes are available upon request but require a 3 week lead time and are priced by quantity. Call for quote.

Visibility :
Once the toe kicks are put into place... The EZ-Levels are completely hidden.

Max Height Adjustment:

The EZ-Levels give an incredible maximum lift of 1-1/4" ! (load calculations based on max height)

Toe Kick Variations:
Some cabinets come without any toe kicks installed. You then, install them into place post install.

Most cabinets come with a toe kick "bases" which can either be finished or non-finished. Then you put the toe kicks into place post install. (cut to size)

Most RTA (ready to assemble) cabinets come with a toe kick "bases" which are finished Then, just like the others; you put the toe kicks into place post install. (cut to size)

FYI: You ALWAYS use 8' long toe kicks (cut to size) post install. Otherwise your toe kicks would stop and start at each cabinet giving a horrible finished look.

Look at every single photo on Google of any kitchen in the world... you will never see toe kicks that stop and start from cabinet to cabinet.

  • EZ-24's are for any standard size kitchen cabinet (usually 24" deep and having an average 4.5" toe kick recess).

  • EZ-21's are for any standard size vanity cabinet (usually 21" deep and having an average 4.5" toe kick recess).

  • EZ-18's are for any Old style vanity cabinet (usually 18" deep and having an average 4.5" toe kick recess).

  • EZ-Single's are for any cabinet 15" or less in depth and having an average 4.5" toe kick recess.

NOTE: These levelers were sized universally... leaving a couple of inches behind the rear most leveler... So that if your toe kick is recessed 4" or even 5" they will still fit perfectly.

This also allows for conduit and other small obstructions to run along the base boards without interfering with the levelers.

This configuration helps achieve a perfect balance for your cabinets.
